Terminal A – Outside of terminal, to the right, to the sign that reads “Scheduled Buses”
Terminal B – Outside of US Airway baggage claim, look for blue “Bus” sign. Outside of American baggage claim, look for the blue “Bus” sign. Flying ATA, Midway, or American West walk to American baggage and look for the blue “Bus” sign.
Terminal C – Downstairs outside of baggage claim at 1st curb near the sign that reads “Scheduled Buses”

General Information

Baggage Liability - $250 per adult full fare ticket, $125 per half-fare ticket. C&J Trailways is not liable for loss or damage of luggage delivered to our employees for transportation in our baggage compartments, in an amount exceeding the above limits.

Baggage Weight/Limits – Drivers/agents are not required to life/load luggage weighing in excess of 50 lbs. During peak travel periods passengers will be limited to two bags and one carry-on for a full fare ticket, and one bag and one carry-on for a half fare ticket. Additional baggage allowed on a space available basis.

Schedules – Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control and accordingly C&J Trailways cannot hold itself responsible for errors in timetables, inconvenience or damage resulting from delayed coaches. Connections are not guaranteed and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Smoking – Will not be allowed on any C&J Trailways coaches.

Cellular Phone Use – C&J Trailways respectfully requests, for the comfort and safety of all passengers, customers refrain from cellular phone use while travelling onboard C&J coaches.

Objectionable Persons – C&J Trailways reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or drugs or who is unable to take care of themselves or to any person whose conduct is such or likely to be such, as to make them objectionable to other passengers. Passengers not wearing shoes or other protective footwear will be denied transportation.

Children’s Fares – Children who have not reached their twelfth (12th) birthday must be accompanied by an adult passenger to receive the child fare rate. One child under five (5) years of age will be carried free of charge. Additional children (5) years of age or under will be required to pay the applicable half fare. Children who have not reached their twelfth birthday will be charged one-half (1/2) of the adult fare.

Unaccompanied Child – Children 8-11 years old may travel under the following conditions: The origin agency must be open at the departure time, and the destination agency must be open at the arrival time. Trips must be made during daylight hours. Transfers are not permitted. Parent or legal guardian must sign an “Unaccompanied Child Form”, which releases C&J Trailways from any responsibility. An adult, at the destination, must provide a personal photo identification showing that they are the person identified on the “Unaccompanied Child Form” before the child is released. The child must pay the adult fare.

Animals – No animals may be carried except a trained service animal accompanying a passenger with a disability.

Bicycles – Bicycles may be carried in the baggage compartments when there is sufficient room after all other baggage and express has been loaded. Bicycles must be carried in a separate baggage compartment or placed in such a manner so as not to damage any baggage or express in any way. There is no guarantee that bicycles will be accepted by connecting carriers.

Holidays – Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day C&J Trailways will be operating a reduced schedule. Please refer to our website or contact our Customer Service Representatives for details. The company will be operating a holiday schedule on Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Patriot’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, the day following Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.

Food & Beverage – Alcoholic beverages and food are prohibited on C&J Trailways coaches.

Passenger Accessibility – C&J Trailways offers wheelchair accessible service with a 48 hour notice. Please call the Information Center at 800-258-7111 to make arrangements.

Photo ID – Will be required for all passengers traveling with an adult ticket. Children with no photo ID must be accompanied by an adult with a photo ID upon purchasing tickets.

Reservations – Reservations are not accepted for C&J Trailways.
