Dover High School (DHS) and Regional Career Technical Center is a comprehensive school for grades 9-12. Fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, the school has approximately 1700 students and 143 professionals on staff, most holding a Master’s degree.
The DHS class of 2006 had 335 graduates, 42% of which were admitted to a 4-year college. Of the remaining, 18% were admitted to a 2-year college, 37% were employed, and 3% joined military ranks. Sixty-two percent of DHS seniors took the SAT exams, composing mean scores of 503 in Reading, 504 in Math, and 492 in Writing.
