In a collection of more than fifty thousand original glass negatives and thousands of older acetate sheet negatives now being used in the making of rich sepia and hand colored historic photographs printed by hand on an old Elwood enlarger. Artistically matted and framed, ready to hang in your home-office or given as a special gift of history and art.

The Thom Hindle Collection of negatives represents the works of 30 known photographers and numerous subjects by unknown artists from the New England area. Many hours have been spent in the preservation and cataloging of the negatives which vary from the old Kodak postcard size to 16” x 20” glass plate negatives.

Thom Hindle has done work for a number of historical societies in Maine and New Hampshire, lectures on identifying, preserving and restoring your old photographs and has appeared on a number of radio and television programs.
